Tell us your dreams and desires, from what you want to see, to what you want to experience on your trip to Africa, from small to large. We will consider the most appropriate plan according to your travel schedule and budget, and make only one trip to Africa around the world.

This first process takes longer. Let’s think about the schedule together until we’re completely convinced.

Once the travel dates have been defined, we will create a quote for you to review. Once you are satisfied with the contents, proceed to the next process, the confirmation of the reservation and the transfer method.

If you do not agree with the estimate, just as the rate is beyond your budget, we will change the range and guide of the hotel, transportation, etc. and adjust the budget.

1. Confirmation of the reservation and payment method.

If you confirm both the date and the fare, please transfer the price of the trip to our account. First of all 30% of the price of the trip will be referred as an application fee. At this point, confirm the booking and all booking arrangements are completed.

After that, 30 days before your trip, you will be asked to transfer the remaining 70% of the total amount. It is also possible to transfer the entire amount first to save on payment from the Transfer Fee.

30% of the deposit is the amount of the reservation for the hotel, guide and means of transport, so no refunds will be made. So request it after fully considering, cancellation and refund after you have paid the travel fee in full cannot be accepted, so please understand that.

Be sure you will receive a full payment 30 days before your trip and 70% of the price of your trip if you cancel your order 30 days later.

2. Method of payment
Bank transfers denominated in dollars (US$)
Please make international transfers to the bank account at The Panama headquarters in US dollars. The shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Please recognize can easily proceed on a bank near you. Payment can also be confirmed within 1 day to 3 days.
* There is a FEE of USD 60 for each transfer. This USD 60 is a fee to the forwarding bank and the receiving bank (abroad) at the time of international shipment. This is independent of the fee paid by the customer’s bank (Japan) where the shipment is made. Please note that you will also be responsible for the charge to the bank (Japan) to which the remittance is sent.
Transfer to our Japan office (Japanese yen)
Payment in Japanese yen please pay to our Japanese yen account. Here we ask you to pay at a rate of +3 yen against the Current Dollar.+3 yen is the rate to remit abroad by changing the yen to dollars. Please be sympathetic.
Payment by credit card with PayPal
If you pay by credit card, we will send you an invoice via PayPal. As exchange fee and money transfer fee price, after conversion to Japanese yen at $1tS + 3 yen, we have received a 4% charge. please understand.

Once the payment is completed, we will send you the final itinerary and the voucher (hotel and tour booking confirmation), emergency contact information and travel information of your destination 2 weeks before departure.
