Overnight lodge, Namib Desert Express.
For people who are simply interested in visiting the Namib Desert, this combined tour is advised.
Spend two nights in a lodge close to Naukluft National Park and explore Sesriem Valley, Dead Frey, and Dune 45. We advise booking a round trip in addition to Cape Town in South Africa because it departs from Namibia’s capital, Windhoek, every day.

Tour highlights
Namib Desert
In 2013, the Namib Desert in Namibia, which spans along the Atlantic Ocean, was listed as a World Heritage Site. It is thought to be the oldest desert in the world, having formed around 80 million years ago. You may view a variety of shapes, including the Sossusvlei deserts in the center of the desert, the enormous dune number 45, and dead sand dunes with dead trees.
Solitaire
It serves as a rest stop for travelers who want to explore the Namibian Desert and is situated on the outskirts of Naukluft National Park. Let’s sample the well-known apple pie!

DAY 1
Arrival in Windhoek
Upon arrival in Namibia’s capital city of Windhoek,
we will be met by the ground staff for transfer to the hotel.
After you have checked into the hotel, please take this time to unwind.

DAY 2
Windhoek/Naukluft National Park
Breakfast at the hotel.
Staff will pick you up at the hotel. (Around 14:00)
Pass through the scenic Spreetshoogte before stopping in Solitaire, a little village in the desert known for its apple pie.
Drive through the desert to the lodge before visiting Naukluft National Park.
Arrive at the lodge.
Dinner at the lodge.

Overnight at Naukluft National Park
DAY 3
Sossusvlei
Go to the Gate of Sesriem in the early morning. The lodge is 60 kilometers away.
Go to Dune 45 first. From the peak of the 85-meter-high dunes, a broad view of the dunes is seen. Then take a trip in the Death Swamp known as Dead Frey. The highest Big Daddy in Sossusvlei is also visible at the Dead Frey’s edge.
Visit the Sesriem Valley, where the river has been degraded over many years, after taking a stroll through Sossusvlei.
After that, head back to the accommodation and spend the evening going on a dune drive across Namibia’s stunning Gondwana Namib Park.

Naukluft National Park / Windhoek / Departure
Breakfast at the lodge.
After breakfast head to Windhoek through the scenic Remshoogte Pass.
Arrive at Windhoek around 12:00. We will then transfer you to the airport.

- Japanese tourists do not need a visa application to enter Namibia for tourism purposes.
- It is a mixed/shared tour with other customers.
- There is a limit to the luggage that can be packed in the vehicle. We would appreciate it if you could bring a soft suitcase that can utilize the space.
- If the tour cannot be performed due to force majeure such as natural disaster, accidental disaster, political change, war turmoil, or strike riot during the tour, the tour may be canceled. Please note that there is no guarantee or refund in that case.
