Zambia enjoys a pleasant climate that is characterized by being arid and warm throughout the year.

But if you want to know the best time to travel to Zambia, stay until the end:

The dry season from April to October is the most pleasant to discover the country, as the temperatures are bearable during the day, with September and October being the hottest months, and the nights are quite cool.

The rainy season begins in November and ends in mid-April, the rain falls outside of the wettest months, but this is offset by minimal crowds and top-notch bird watching.

The wet season from December to April [called the green season] offers especially emerald, tropical and free wildlife. But on the other hand, it makes the perfection of the safari less easy, since the vegetation is very dense and most of the free animals move away from the water holes at this time, [due to possible floods].
