Between May and October, the dry season in South Africa, is the perfect time to observe animals in the wild, especially the hotter and drier months at the end of the season.

During the dry season from June to October is the peak season for Tanzanian safaris, but the best time to visit the Serengeti and experience the Wildebeest Migration is between November and August.
